PCB Electronics is a company specialized in the distribution of electronic components. Fenxi supported them in the design and development of a custom ERP (Python/Django, AWS ECS, PostgreSQL, Docker) to replace their manual processes. The objective: to reduce the time spent on operational tasks and free the team for higher value-added activities.
The ERP consists of interfaces for commercial management, quotation & order management, financial management, dashboards to track ongoing orders, carry out follow-ups, etc.
Objective: Save 1 hour per day per employee on operational tasks
