Legalstart is a leading French legal platform that helps entrepreneurs and businesses handle administrative and legal formalities online. The company processes large volumes of documents and serves thousands of clients across company creation, compliance, and legal advisory services. Legalstart needed to consolidate data from fragmented sources and eliminate costly manual processes in document collection and client support. The objective was to reduce operational overhead and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Fenxi built a modern data infrastructure connecting 10 sources via Airbyte into a centralized BigQuery warehouse, orchestrated with Airflow and visualized in Metabase. In parallel, an automated document ingestion pipeline using n8n and AI OCR was implemented to extract and route email documents directly into the data lake, removing the need for manual retrieval from official registries.
